Jio says that if someone talks more than 300 minutes per day (1200 minutes per 7 days and 3000 minutes per month), then the company can check whether the calling services is used commercially or in the fraud activity. If this is the case, the company can discontinue its free voice calling. Apart from this, callings on 100 unique MSIDN in 7 days will also come under commercial use.

If someone is misusing this service using unauthorized telemarketing and commercially, then the company have full rights to shut down the service for them.
