Step 1 – Log into Your Feedburner Account
To obtain your Feedburner HTML form, log into your Feedburner account and navigate to the Email Subscriptions page from the left-hand menu. If you haven’t already enabled Email Subscriptions you’ll first need to activate this feature for your account.
Once activated, Feedburner will provide you with an HTML form you can copy.
Step 2 – Edit the Form Code
The HTML form code provided by Feedburner needs to be modified before adding to the Custom HTML integration field. The form code provided will look similar to the following:

Edit the form code to remove all inline CSS styles, all JavaScript, update the form’s action attribute and clean up the input fields so they can inherit the campaign template’s default form styling. After modification, your form code should look similar to the following

Step 3 – Add Form to Custom HTML Integration
In the Bloom, select the Optin Forms to view the panel of active Optins.
If this is your first time you’ll see a “New Optin” item in the Optin Forms panel of the plugin. Click on New Optin option to begin
Next, select Optin type to begin. Here you pick any type that you want for your website.
After the pick, Now it turns to set up your optin form.
Here first you need to set the optin name and after choose option of “Custom Email Form” from the Email Provider list under Form Integration.
Paste the edited Feedburner form code into the provided field.
Step 4 – Style the Customs Form (optional)
