OK, for everyone who doesn’t have an idea, I will explain it as I know. There is no specific method to use these websites. You can follow the following steps:
1. Install MozBar extension
2. Download any backlinks list and go to each website to check DA/ PA [Higher the better]. Make sure to check the Spam score too. In my experience, [0-15%] spam score sites are OK. [Lower the better]
3. After checking these metrics, you can go ahead and create a unique and helpful article with keywords of your niche (about 300 words)
4. Post it on the website with a link to your website (Make sure to check the website quality first)
5. Wait until your backlink gets indexed by Google.
